This page will walk you through what to expect and how to prepare for your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

Please make sure to select a date WITHIN 14-30 days of your scheduled boudoir session!
Images of clients who do not return to see their images within 60 days are considered abandoned and all images will be promptly deleted.
When will I see my images from my session? All of my clients come back to see their images on a day no more than 14 days following their boudoir session date. If you absolutely can not come back to the studio for an appointment, I can extend the window to 30 days, or sometimes accommodate same-day Image Reveal & Ordering, but please make these accommodations in advance. I cannot accommodate requests for same day viewing the day of your session. Should you be unable to return to the studio within 14 days of your session, please let me know as soon as possible as I may require you to reschedule your session.
How does the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment work? Your Ordering Appointment is your time to view all of your gorgeousness and decide which images you will be purchasing (or putting in your album)! I will show you a slideshow or full gallery of your images for you to view at your leisure. Your images at this point are 85-100% edited, so they are finished or nearly final. Most professional retouching is done prior to your image reveal, though there may be times where I choose to hold off to show you your images before I fully retouch. There are a variety of different print and digital options.
How long is the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment? I allot 1 hour for each client to view their images and make their purchasing decisions. While this may seem like a lot of time, it is important to be decisive as the time will move quickly for us. Most of my clients are done within 30 minutes, while others opt to use the whole hour. I would love to offer all of my clients unlimited time to view and make purchasing decisions, however in an effort to be fair and reasonable to all I do have to limit the appointment to the 1-hour block.
How should I prepare? It is normal to be nervous to view your images!! You are in great hands, and you will see your images for the first time fully (or near fully) edited and retouched. For a few days before you arrive, practice saying some affirmations in the mirror to hype yourself up! Let me know about any concerns or mindset struggles that may arise as you prepare for your reveal session and we will work through them together.
What do I need to bring? Your beautiful self, and a payment method. Even if you have pre-purchased a Collection, you may decide to add additional products or upgrade your Collection. Any upgrades or additional products must be paid in full prior to or at your reveal. Please remember I do not offer payment plans after your session.
Payment options are: cash, credit, debit, PayPal credit, or PayPal. I can NOT accept checks.
If you hope to use PayPal credit, please plan this and apply in advance so that you come to your ordering appointment aware of your credit limit and can make arrangements for any purchase over the amount you'd like to spend on it.
Can I bring a friend/spouse/partner/my child with me? Unfortunately, no. Please come alone. As much as I love a hype squad, I do not allow guests or children to attend your session or your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
How many images will I see? Every session is different, but I typically show between 50-70 unique images per client.
What about photoshop? I will edit and fully retouch all images prior to printing. I remove bruises, pimples, and scratches. I will also lightly even skin tone and reduce any dark circles around the eyes. At your Image Reveal and Ordering Appointment, we will talk about whether you would like to have any scars or beauty marks photoshopped out. Should you have additional retouching requests, they must be made at your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, and if the request is outside our normal scope of work, they may require additional fees.
Do I get to see my edited images before they are sent off for print? No, you will see your images 85-100% retouched and we will discuss any further editing at your ordering session. Please rest assured that every client has been more than satisfied with their final images!!
How long will it take to receive my Collection/Album/Prints, etc? With your payment in full you will receive the prints and products in 8-10 weeks. If you need your images faster than this turnaround time, please consult with me in advance. We may be able to accommodate some requests with or without a rush fee added.
Will my products be shipped to me or do I need to come pick them up? Products can either be shipped to you or you can pick them up at the studio. Please let me know at the Ordering Appointment if you'd like them shipped! I offer free shipping, so it truly is about whatever makes it easier for you!
Can I make additional purchases at a later date? As discussed in the Session Guide, I do not archive your images after your ordering appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images. However, if you purchase the Digital Collection with the high-resolution files, you can use those files to send to me for printing at any time (if you need a gift, want another keepsake, or wall art, etc.), or you may print them through a third-party. If you need something extra printed while your online gallery is still available (30-60 days after your digitals are delivered), you may place an order with me through the online store located in your gallery. If you need help ordering anything, just contact me!
There is no option to have an online proofing gallery or a second Ordering Appointment.
What happens to the images I do not purchase? They are deleted after your appointment.
All sales are final. Once your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment is complete, I will have you fill out a Final Sale agreement, which states that I cannot allow for changes to your order. This is studio policy for all clients and no exceptions will be made. You may not change, alter, add, reduce, or request any other types of changes after the Ordering Appointment.
Will my images be shared? No, I will never share your images without your explicit written consent. We will discuss this at your ordering appointment and I will have you fill out a form going over this.
Pre-Session Payment Plans
Nearly all of my clients choose to purchase a collection prior to their session by either paying in full or setting up a payment plan. By pre-purchasing a collection, it allows me to plan your session with specific products in mind, and you will receive a free Polaroid picture to take home on your session date!
I do not offer payment plans after your session.
