The Best Part of Your Boudoir Session… SEEING YOUR IMAGES! 💖
Your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment is where you’ll finally get to see your stunning images and choose how you’d like to display them. This guide will walk you through exactly what to expect and how to prepare!
When Will I See My Images?
With same-day reveals, you’ll see your images just a few hours after your session! Here’s how the timeline works:
⏰ 9 AM - 12 PM → Your Boudoir Session (Hair & makeup, wardrobe, and shoot time)
🍽️ 12 PM - 1 PM → Break for Lunch (Step out, relax, and let me work my magic behind the scenes!)
📸 1 PM - 3 PM → Your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment (Where you’ll see your images & place your order!)
If you cannot do a same-day reveal for scheduling reasons, please let me know before your session so we can arrange an alternate appointment within 14 days.
💡 Important: If you do not return for your reveal within 30 days, your images will be considered abandoned and permanently deleted.
How Does the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment Work?
During your reveal, I will:
📽️ Show you a beautiful slideshow of your images.
🖼️ Walk you through your full gallery (both color and black & white images).
💎 Help you select your favorites and design your products (albums, wall art, digitals, etc.).
Your images at this point will be lightly edited for color and skin. Once you’ve selected your purchases, they will receive final professional retouching before printing.
How Long Does It Take?
Your Ordering Appointment will last about an hour—most clients finish within 30-45 minutes, but I set aside a full hour to give you time to make decisions.
Please be ready to order at this appointment, as I do not offer second Ordering Appointments or online proofing galleries.
How Should I Prepare?
It’s completely normal to feel nervous before your reveal! But trust me—you are in great hands, and you’re going to LOVE your images. 💖
To get in the right mindset, I recommend:
✨ Saying positive affirmations in the mirror leading up to your reveal.
✨ Letting me know if you have any mindset concerns so we can work through them together.
What Do I Need to Bring?
✔️ A payment method – Even if you’ve pre-purchased a collection, you may want to upgrade or add extra images/products. Any additional purchases must be paid in full at your reveal.
✔️ An open mind & excitement! – This is such an empowering moment—enjoy it!

• PayPal / PayPal Credit (Apply in advance if you plan to use this!)

💡 Reminder: Payment plans are only available BEFORE your session. I do not offer post-session payment plans.
Can I Bring a Guest?
No—please come alone to your Ordering Appointment. While I love a hype squad, this experience is all about you and can be deeply personal and emotional.
How Many Images Will I See?
Most clients see between 50-70 fully edited images, depending on their session.
Will My Images Be Retouched?
Yes! Before your reveal, images are lightly edited for color and skin. Full professional retouching (including blemish removal, skin smoothing, and minor corrections) is applied to all purchased images before printing.
If you have specific retouching requests (such as scars or beauty marks being removed), we’ll discuss them at your appointment. More advanced retouching may require an additional fee.
How Long Until I Receive My Products?
Your prints & products will arrive in 8-10 weeks after your order is finalized and paid in full.
If you need your products faster, please discuss this in advance—rush processing may be available for an additional fee.
Will My Products Be Shipped or Picked Up?
📦 Free Shipping – I offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
🏢 Studio Pickup – If you prefer, you can pick up your products in person.
Please let me know your preference at your Ordering Appointment!
Can I Purchase More Images Later?
No—images are not archived after your Ordering Appointment. Any images not purchased will be permanently deleted.
💡 However, if you purchase the Digital Collection, you can order additional prints/products anytime using your high-resolution files!
What Happens to Unpurchased Images?
They are deleted after your appointment and cannot be recovered later.
💡 All sales are final. Once your order is placed, I will have you sign a Final Sale Agreement, which means no changes, additions, or modifications can be made after the appointment.
Will My Images Be Shared?
No—your images will never be shared without your explicit written consent. We will discuss this in detail at your Ordering Appointment, and you’ll have full control over what (if anything) is shared publicly.
Pre-Session Payment Plans
Most clients choose to pre-purchase a Collection before their session, either by paying in full or setting up a pre-session payment plan.

• You’ll receive a complimentary Polaroid print on session day!
• It makes the Ordering Appointment quick & stress-free.
