Terms & Conditions:

    1.    Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legal residents of the United States. One entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter.
    2.    Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted during the Berks Pride Festival on Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. The winner will be selected and notified via email by August 1, 2025.
    3.    How to Enter:
Entrants must complete the giveaway form (on this page) including a valid email address. By submitting an entry, participants agree to these terms.
    4.    Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive a Full Empowerment Boudoir Experience from Coquette Boudoir, including:

    •    A pre-session planning call
   •    Professional makeup artistry
   •    Access to the studio’s curated client closet
   •    A full-length boudoir photography session
   •    Same-day image reveal and ordering experience
   •    Three (3) high-resolution digital images

Additional images and products may be purchased at the client’s discretion.
    5.    Redemption Terms:
The session must take place at the Coquette Boudoir studio in Reading, Pennsylvania. The winner must redeem the session by December 15, 2025, and schedule by August 31, 2025. Dates are subject to availability.
    6.    Non-Transferable & No Cash Value:
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted with any other session type or product. No exceptions.
    7.    Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via email. If no response is received within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.
    8.    Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Coquette Boudoir to publicly announce their name as the winner (first name and last initial only) unless otherwise requested.
    9.    Privacy:
All entry data is securely collected and will only be used for the purposes of contacting the winner and (if opted in) future Coquette communications. No information will be sold or shared.
    10.    Right to Cancel or Modify:
Coquette Boudoir reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen issues compromise the integrity of the promotion.
